Powerlock has been approved by Thatcham as Category 2 and has received the following European certificated approvals:
95/56/ec: 1995 Vehicle security directive for vehicles (tested to annex V Immobilizers)
95/54/ec: 1995 Vehicle EMC directive.
Power Lock is available in two versions. A Touch-Key model and a “Hands-Free” Transponder model. Each model is configured to provide content protection. The only difference between the two is how the Power Lock system is disarmed.
